Cherry Vodka Sour Ingredients

The ingredients for this simple cocktail are used for many other recipes so it’s likely that you already have them on hand. For the list of measurements, see the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

  • Vodka: The flavors of the other ingredients will slightly mask the vodka in this cocktail, so use a mid-range vodka that you enjoy the flavor of. Our go-to is Tito’s.
  • Lemon juice: Freshly squeezed is always recommended for the best flavor in cocktails.
  • Simple syrup: Making your own simple syrup is a breeze and tastes so much better than the store-bought stuff.
  • Grenadine: A pomegranate-flavored bar syrup that adds just the right amount of tart-sweetness and bright red color to this cocktail recipe.
