The bright pink Clover Club cocktail sure is a treat! The botanical notes of gin combine with the fruity raspberry syrup and tart lemon to create a cocktail that is a delightful classic. An egg white creates a luscious foam that is the “icing on the cake” with each sip!

In addition to the delicious flavor, the bright pink color of the cocktail makes it extra fun. The drink was created in the 1800s at a bar in Philadelphia known to be a popular hangout spot for many lawyers, writers, and politicians. The tangy gin cocktail has been around since before prohibition and is surely here to stay!
