When I want a light and refreshing cocktail, the Spritz family has become my go-to. Composed of a bitter liqueur, sparkling wine (like Prosecco), and soda water, the flavor varies depending on the liqueur. Other popular spritzes are the Aperol Spritz and Campari Spritz. The Lillet Spritz is bubbly, tart, and tastes like sunshine in a glass!

How to Make a Lillet Spritz

- Combine your Prosecco and Lillet Blanc in a glass with ice.
- Top with bubbles.
- Garnish with some fresh mint leaves and slices of cucumber. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 ounces sparkling wine Prosecco or similar
- 2 ounces Lillet Blanc
- 1 ounces soda water
Instructions
- Add the Lillet Blanc to an ice filled glass.
- Add the sparkling wine to the glass.
- Top with the soda water.
- Stir gently, garnish and enjoy.
