This Malibu Pineapple Margarita recipe can be made for a single drink or a big pitcher. For the full recipe including all measurements, see the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
- Coconut rum: Malibu is our go-to. Unlike the traditional margarita which uses tequila, we use coconut rum which pairs perfectly with pineapple.
- Sweet and sour mix: A key ingredient the the classic margarita, this homemade recipe is so easy and delicious.
- Triple sec: Cointreau or Grand Marnier can be used for a higher quality orange liqueur.
- Frozen pineapple: Using frozen pineapple compared to fresh is key to keep things icy without diluting the margarita, but fresh pineapple makes a great garnish.
