Poinsettia Cocktail Ingredients
Just three ingredients are all you’ll need to make a Poinsettia cocktail for yourself or for a crowd. Be sure to scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for the full recipe including all measurements.
- Cranberry Juice: make sure you use 100% cranberry juice for this recipe
- Cointreau: or other good quality orange liqueur.
- Champagne: Use a chilled bottle of champagne and open just before serving your cocktails.
How to Make a Champagne and Cranberry Juice Cocktail
- Dip your glass in corn syrup to lightly coat the rim.
- Roll the rim in gold sprinkles.
- Pour the Cranberry juice and the Cointreau into the glass. Stir gently.
- Top with Champagne. Drink and enjoy!
You can also make a mocktail by swapping champagne for sparkling grape juice and the Cointreau for a splash of orange juice. This is a perfect alternative for those who don’t drink alcohol, pregnant women, and kids.
How to Serve
Since no ice is involved, it’s important to chill ingredients prior to making the drink. Serve in champagne flutes with gold sprinkles rimming the glass. Top the glasses with champagne right before serving to ensure freshness followed by a few cranberries.

I am loving the Holiday list. I am going out to purchase some of the indgredients tomorrow to get a head start on taste tasting. (The best part)
Keep up the great cocktails.
