Fall is the perfect time to cozy up with everything pumpkin spice. This pumpkin spice mudslide cocktail is an easy way to enjoy a little pumpkin twist on the classic Mudslide drink. Perfect for dessert or anytime you are craving a sweet treat, this boozy pumpkin spice drink is made with ingredients that perfectly balance out the best flavors.
Ingredients
- Vodka: Use a mid-level vodka that you like the flavor of. The taste of the vodka is masked by the other ingredients making its quality not as important as other vodka-forward drinks. Tito’s is one of our favorites.
- Kahlua: A coffee liqueur also used in our Espresso Martini recipe.
- Baileys Irish Cream: A sweet and creamy concoction of Irish whiskey, cream, and chocolate and vanilla flavors. You can find all of our Bailey’s recipes here: Baileys Recipes.
- Pumpkin spice creamer: A seasonal delicacy, in our opinion. Look for this in your grocery store by the other coffee creamers. If you can’t find pumpkin spice creamer, use pumpkin spice seasoning mixed with heavy cream.
How to Make a Pumpkin Spice Mudslide

- Pour the vodka, Kahlua, Baileys, and pumpkin spice creamer into a shaker bottle with ice.
- Shake well until ingredients are well combined.
- Strain into a glass.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and enjoy!
How to Serve Pumpkin Spice Mudslides
Serve in chilled martini glasses. Add chocolate shaving on top for an extra classy and sweet flair.

Ingredients
