How to Make a Spiked Eggnog Latte

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer white stirring constantly.
  2. Use an immersion blender or a blender to whip up all the ingredients.
  3. Pour into a glass or mug. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Variations

  • If you want to make this latte without alcohol, simply skip the rum and follow the recipe as written. 
  • Swap the rum for another type of alcohol like fireball whiskey or brandy.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup strong coffee
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
  • 3/4 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan combine all of the ingredients.
  • Bring to a simmer white stirring constantly.
  • Use an immersion blender or a blender to whip up all the ingredients.
  • Pour into a glass or mug.
  • Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
