Ingredients

  • 2 ounces elderflower liqueur ex. St-Germain
  • 3 ounces sparkling wine Prosecco or similar
  • 1 ounce club soda
  • 2 mint leaves
  • mint sprig for garnish optional
  • lemon or lime slices optional

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Pour in the elderflower liqueur and the mint leaves.
  • Muddle if desired.
  • Top with the soda water and sparkling wine.
  • Garnish.
  • Drink and enjoy!
